All sales are final. Alkaline Club does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

This policy is displayed on every product page, in your shopping cart, during checkout (where you must check a box to acknowledge it), and on your order confirmation. There are no exceptions.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at support@alkalineclub.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review on a case-by-case basis but are not obligated to provide a replacement.

By accessing or using alkalineclub.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account, browse products, or make a purchase. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Products

All products sold on this Site are dietary supplements. Product descriptions, including dosage information, are provided for informational purposes only. We make no medical claims regarding our products.

Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase via credit/debit card or cryptocurrency. All sales are final.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Prohibited Conduct

• Reselling products purchased from Alkaline Club
• Providing false information during account creation or checkout
• Circumventing age verification or state restriction checks
• Using the Site for any unlawful purpose

Limitation of Liability

Alkaline Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

• Delivery time: 3—5 business days after processing
• Tracking: A tracking number is provided with every order via email
• Packaging: All orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging
• Coverage: Domestic US only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders are processed within 1—2 business days. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

All customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Alkaline Club.

Age verification is enforced at two points:

1. Account creation: You must check a box confirming you are 21+ when creating your account. This is stored in your profile.
2. Checkout: You must be signed in with an age-verified account to complete a purchase. Unverified users are redirected to sign in.

By purchasing from Alkaline Club, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. Providing false age information is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account termination.

Certain products sold by Alkaline Club may be restricted or prohibited in some US states. We maintain a list of restricted states and automatically block orders from those locations during checkout.
